Ying Li
Ying Li (1976) is responsible for strategy, purchasing and China since March 2006. He is also Managing Director of Sinolink Development Ltd., Hong Kong.
After completing a course of studies in economics and industrial engineering in Berlin, Ying Li assumed positions with the Julius Bär stock company in Frankfurt (2000), InterComponent AG in Walldorf and Berlin (2001), InterComponent AG's representatives in Peking, China (2002) and with MediGlobe Inc. in Peking China (2003-2005).
Raphael M. Krause
Within Sinosol AG Raphael M. Krause (1968) is responsible for Finance, M&A, Investor Relations, HR and Law since January 2006. He is also Managing Director of Sinosol Technologies GmbH, Frankfurt.
After completing a course of study in business in Nuremberg, Raphael M. Krause assumed managerial position in strategy and business development in companies such as Siemens and SAP (1994-2000). Within the framework of his activities as independent consultant, he acted as investment advisor for investment companies as well as bunisness development and turn-around manager until 2005.
Sven P. Krug
Sven P. Krug (1963) is responsible for Sales, Project Management and Marketing since November 2007. He has also been Managing Director of cleversolar GmbH since 2003.
Following an apprenticeship as electrician and completion of a course of studies in business, Sven P. Krug worked as Customer Advisor and Key Account Manager (1992 – 1993) and Sales Manager (1994 – 1998) with Sunset Energytechnik GmbH. From 1998 – 2000 he worked as Sales Manager for IBC AG (International Battery and Solar Company AG) and from 2001 to 2002 with Ontario Hausbau und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH. From 2002 to 2003, he headed distribution in the fields of network associations and export.
Friedrich Schmid
Friedrich Schmid (1956) is with Sinosol AG as Head of Technology since March 2007. Since March 2007 he has also been Managing Director (and Co-Founder) of the subsidiary Kreftwerk Sonne GmbH.
Following an apprenticeship in home technology (sanitation, heating, climate control technology), Friedrich Schmid was self-employed for years in the field of energetic and sustainable construction and has specialised in the use of renewable energies.
